I hate this place! My in laws have a neighbor who is always starting drama with us and my sister n law with her 2 special needs babies, even put hands on me broke my ankel and the manager or oc did nothing about this. She takes pictures of anybody who comes to visit and takes pictures of their license plates and calls the cops saying we deal drugs. She's called cps on my sister in law trying to hlgef her kids taken away... The manager knows about this stuff the crazy lady has 3 files of complaint's and they have yet to do anything about her
VERY STRICT RULES AT A HUGE COST.This place will real you in for 2 years and charge you out the butt prices to rent, then you cut your own grass in a specific time frame or you get a a $50 fine , pay for trash and if you leave your trash can on the curb (overnight) you get a $50 fine, never have a truly clear road when it snow, (unless you think one pass is good enough), no bikes, toys of any kind in the yard or you get a $50 fine, just not let your kids be kids. They have a play ground and swimming pool but the kids can't play on the playground without supervision at any age and the pool runs on volunteers so it is never open. They charge a $50 fine for being human. It's a trailer park for God's sake not the Hilton of swank.
Lived in Oakwood Village for 4 years. Current staff are friendly and helpful. Nice neighborhood. Not your stereotypical "trailer park." Lots of big beautiful trees. Park like setting. Lot rent is high and you maintain your own property. They have rentals which I think are more reasonable. They offer a variety of rental and buy in deals.
We moved here in December. During the management change. Have had a few issues, but Luke is quick to address them. Our lot rent is $545 covers our water, sewer, trash and dogs. Even combined with our house payment it's cheaper than an apartment. I feel safe enough to walk at night or my dogs by myself. I can let my kids go outside and play. Speeding is an issue and the complex is installing speed bumps to help curb it. It's not perfect, but they do their best to make sure it is. I'm happy here and so is my family
Just no. You could do so much better. Find a different place. Why are you still reading this review you could be finding another place right now besides this disgusting place. Trust me i've lived here for 6 years turn it away while you still can.
They basically charge you massive rent and do NOTHING for it, except charge you more for being human. Not very many people stay more than 2 years. Because if you buy your place it gets worse.
