Ugly sewer drains don't drain and alot of holes
Nice location, a little run down, but some great people live here.
My boyfriend has several family members who live here. But it's not really a place I would want to live. To me it kinda looks trashy.
The new owners have really made great efforts to get the park in nice shape again. Nice neighborhood with bike path and river just a walk away.
