So rude at this salon!Terrible customer service!will never go back there!the Venetian on the Greene much better!Do not go to this salon!Akso sloppy manicure and rude rude technicians who don’t even know the right colors!
My gel polish is beyond chipped off! Worst customer service, they didn't offer me water or interact. Hmmm I don't think they like black people reading the reviews. Can I give them zero stars???
They were completely rude and I had a unsatisfied experience
My daughter and I went to Venetian Nails in the Dayton Mall because it was close to where we were, and it was getting late in the evening. I promised my daughter a, "girlie's evening" with me, and wanted to keep my promise! We were only going for a, "mani/gel polish!" We both had unpolished, natural nails when we went in. We were there all of, maybe, 20 minutes. No personal interactions with myself or my daughter!!! I was charged an UNBELIEVABLE $100.09 (for only 2 sets of gel polish!) ...and my daughter left with 2 bleeding cuticles!!! We did NOT have on any polish, etc.! RIDICULOUS ABSOLUTELY OUTRAGEOUS!!! NEVER, EVER AGAIN!!!
Horrible place to go! Can not stress enough about it! My cousin went there and she came back the next day because her nails were yellow and they told us she didn’t understand and that we weren’t nail people. So we asked for a refund oh god no they don’t do that but we had to pay $10 more for gel when she already paid for it! Then they started hollering at us! I work at a fast food place because I’m 15 and we even get trained to treat people better then they treated us
