I've been there a couple times. Every experience I was highly satisfied. I took both daughters to get their hair cuts for school. The stylist did a great job. Staff is always friendly. I got a reminder call the day before. I am even making an appointment for myself.
I made an appointment for my daughter. They called me to confirm yesterday, and I said she'd be there. When we got there this morning, they said sorry, but your stylist is out of the country and we can't fit you in. I made the appointment so my daughter could have her hair done for her senior picture this afternoon. Their solution was that we could reschedule. Very poor customer service, and the attitude was sorry, you're out of luck! The owner did call me a few hours later when she saw my review to offer sincere apologies and a gift card if we wanted to give them another chance. I will give them another try.
Great experience! Friendly and professional staff. Welcoming and clean atmosphere. Beth was my stylist, she did an amazing job with my cut and color. I thought I was going to be charged a fortune but prices are super reasonable. Highly satisfied and will be returning.
