Worst Frisch's ever: I went through the drive through line around 8:30pm, ordered a couple sandwiches and soup. Soup seemed ok but one of my sandwiches was absolutely foul, and I mean completely inedible. I was already home so I called for the manager. That's when the ghetto attitude began. I guess I will stick to cooking my own food until I move away from Ohio. There is no excuse for that sort of service, and business cannot thrive when customers are treated that way. The girl who answered the phone was in the drive through window too, so I was treated to a double-dose of her
Literally I was just trying to order two sets of Pancakes for two kids and was unable to do that... staff was rude and unprofessional. Also I'll talk to the manager on duty Laura she said she would just the matter but didn't offer any type of resolution to this situation. But this is what I get for trying to be cheap on pancakes I'll take my behind back to First Watch like I've been doing!
Needed honey and the waitress informed me they have been out for days. What kind of managers let a restaurant be out of something for days!! I've worked at many restaurants and if you're going to be out for days you borrow from another location or go to the store.
Stood at the front with no greeting for several minutes despite the fact that 2 managers were near by.
The tomatoes were visibly rotten on the bar. The sandwich came with so much sauce I had to eat it with a fork.
Service was fine. The buffet though was terrible. The powdered eggs were still powdery, I'm not against powdered eggs, these were just an abomination. Everything including the eggs was cold not luke warm actually cold.
My waitress, Phyllis, was good at her job although I had to hear how they had a new cook that was burning everything, sweet tea that tasted like pancake syrup and a variety of other pro lens happening in the back house. The manager on duty even scolded an employee on the floor for customers to hear. I think that should be handled in the kitchen or office so we, the guests, do not have to hear staff complaining.
attitude. I finally got my money back; The manager seemed amused and not at all concerned. For some strange reason she thought I would like to take my chances with another sandwich from their kitchen of horrors. No thanks.

I frequent many of these restaurants in the area. This was by far the worst overall experience. I had a super big boy with a soup and salad bar and a coke.
Dirtiest restaurant. Food all over all the seats. I had to clean them my self. Table was wiped but still grimy. Layer of thick dust across the entire planter they sat us next to.
