I had a very positive buying experience. Michelle was very open, honest, and helpful . She guided us through our home buying process, quickly and successfully. We would definitely recommend Michelle Collins.
These ladies are a fraud. They are only hungry for your money, and will do anything to get it including lying. I was completely interested in renting one of their listed properties that had been on the market for rent for atleast 4 months prior. First, the description they had was nothing like how the house really is. I was shocked when i saw it cause it looked nothing like the pictures cleanliness wise. The carpet was the worst and nastiest ive ever seen. dog piss everywhere, make up stains in the bathroom upstairs, missing shelves in the closets (which were shown there in the pictures; whats the point of having closets with no shelves?), and it also needed paint all over bad. I gave them my absolute best and most generous offer. I offered to change the carpet myself and have the whole house painted. I have a baby and i dont want her crawling around that really filthy old and disgusting carpet. so i got a hold of the owner and she was very happy about the offer and had agreed to everything. I was still going to apply through collins, and they were still going to get their money ($800 FROM ME) for, well, nothing basically. Anyway, once michelle found out that I spoke with the owner and that the owner agreed to my offer, she let her know not to speak to me anymore since she hired them to take care of things. even though I was basically doing their job for them, and they were still going to get their money. I guess she took it personal. and thats when things got really creepy with her. she wanted me to apply, but she wouldnt let me speak to the owner. the owner is an old lady, and all she wanted to do was rent the place. so she was excited that finally someone wanted it and was even willing to do some work on it. But michelle knew that once this happened, she would stop getting money for applications, since she was making atleast $60 for each couple. so she started playing games with my husband and I, and telling me that theres other ppl that want it so she's not sure if I will be getting it, but I can still apply. I told her if you think Im not going to get it, then I wont apply, back and forth. Then she just told me ok if you apply you will get it. So we did, and when my husband went to drop off the app she told him $100, which was originally $60 for both of us. But we still let that go since were too nice I guess. she told us that she will get back with us in 2 DAYS. we waited 5 DAYS then I got really angry and texted her saying to just cancel the app and give us our 100 dollars back. guess what? she didnt approve us, even though our credit and background check was near perfect, and we pay rent ontime EVERY MONTH. obviously she just wants to keep collecting money from app fees. Worst people to deal with. they may look charming but theyre nothing close to that. watch out people. and btw I am seeking attorny's advice.

Hard to believe they are still in business. They actually refused to let us get the remaining furniture out of a home. I wonder if they plan on using the furniture for themselves or just plan on selling it for their own profit. Whatever the case may be they got us for a $1200 lift chair and a 1000.00 couch.
