I have had a great experience every time I have been here. Yes, there is sometimes a line -- but the clerks are always helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.
I called the national number to file a claim for a missing package and the miamisburg post office called me within 2 hours to confirm the case and that they were having a courier check for the package. An hour later my package was found a delivered to the correct address. I wish the Beavercreek post office was this efficient.
I'm sorry others seem to have unhappy experiences there - and I don't quite understand it - because I have had uniformly positive ones. I've lived here for 40 years, and the service has progressively improved over the years, to the point where this is my branch of choice. The clerks are always polite, friendly, helpful, and efficient. It's a little slow at peak times, but that's not their fault - I frankly don't know how they keep their cool sometimes. Latest experience: I submitted my passport renewal this week, and Paul, the clerk on duty, was courteous, cheerful, and full of helpful suggestions. And that's usually the same with all the clerks.

Big location. Always plenty of parking, and if you're not there during rush/peak hours, always in and out quick. Has all the usual boxing and mailing supplies.
