This was the best shipping experience ever and I've previously made several military moved, literally all over the world! From the first meeting to the pack up and delivery everything was fantastic. Benny, Happy and crew were professional, friendly and efficient. Could. Not. Have. Been. Better!
We had a wonderful experience with Planes Moving and Storage. Diane and Meagan were easy to work with and kept us updated throughout the process. We had a short turn around for our move from the time of original contact and they were able to accommodate us. The movers arrived at our home and destination when promised. There was one issue with a mover losing his balance and damage to a bookshelf but they have been very easy to work with for the claims process.
Ryan at the warehouse was so friendly and helpful getting moving supplies loaded into our truck. The next 2 times I had to get boxes the guy in the front office area was not friendly at all and acted like I was a bother but this was the only negative experience I had with the company. The driver and helper of our moving truck were Phil and Brendan. They were very professional and you could tell they knew exactly what they were doing. They were super nice and very hard working men. They were very careful with our belongings, acted as if our things were their own items, took great care of our things and on the arrival to our new house everything was in one piece and there was zero damage. Hope we never have to move again but if we do I will track Phil and Brendan down and ask for them again, can't say enough about them!
This the second time we've used Planes Moving & Storage for a household move and once again Planes did an outstanding job. The four-man crew arrived right on time and immediately got work. They were fast, efficent, and careful. The estimated cost was right on the money and the move went off without a hitch. We could not have been more pleased with the results. I had a challenging move that required 3 stops. First, they had to pick up all my furniture at my house. Second, they had to pick up a load from my mom's house where I had a bunch of stuff in storage. Third, they had to unload everything at my new house. This took a full 8 hours, and they barely took a break the whole day. None of my things were broken or lost, and they didn't do any damage at any of the three houses. I couldn't be happier with the move and my crew. They did an excellent job.
