This was my family's first time coming to this theatre because we typically go to the Rave Cinemas, but we live closer so we figured we would give it a try. Terrible decision. I went in super excited to see a 10:20 showing of a movie..We grabbed some popcorn and burgers and sat down. Waiting for the movie to start I am snacking on popcorn when something iny mouth feels stringy. I pull out the popcorn I have attached to this stringy material and it's a huge was of matted up hair. At this point I'm gagging on it pulling it out of my throat. If that was all I'd chalk it up to a mistake but then to add to it they forgot about us in the movie and 30 minutes went by before our movie was started. This only happened because we sent my son down to ask them what was taking so long. So we are sitting comfortably when all of a sudden it feels like the AC has been turned off....And I'm literally sweating out my shirt...Like actual moisture is on my neck. I'm not usually a sweater so I know it was by hot. To say the least it was just one too many uncomfortable situations

After viewing the movie in the theater, I have increased the rating to 2 stars. Their theater seats were nice, and the theater was fairly clean. The trays attached to the seats were mildly annoying as you could not put them away or really move them out of the way. Over all still did not enjoy this movie going experience.
It was cool that we could choose our seats.
The recliners are nice with a swiveling table. About 15 minutes later we had out food delivered. The portions are a lot smaller than other theaters in the area. My wife and I were hungry and ate most of the popcorn and drank the pop before the movie started. I figured i could get refills with our large servings like the other theaters in the area offer. Turns out they don't do refills.
Honestly, I probably won't be returning to this location. Not worth the money.
Upon arrival the front doors were still locked except for one door being held open by a towel. Possibly due to the smell of burned popcorn. Which we could smell from the parking garage.
I saw a lot of negative comments on here but my experience was fantastic. The seats were great, theater was clean and I actually think the ticket price was very fair. Yes my beer was $10 but this is a movie theater in America and I'm ok with paying a little extra to enjoy a cold one while I watch. The only reason this isn't a 5 star review, is that I think they need to develop an app or some other way that you can order from your seat.
After placing our order order for a large pop, large popcorn, and nachos combo, the manager had to offer to bring it to our seats since the butter and nacho cheese were not hot enough yet.
Had a great time here for Star Wars. Seats are super comfortable. Staff was extremely friendly. Yes the food does cost a little bit more just like every other theater. But the food was exceptionally good. Would definitely go back and now that I know they have a bar I can have a dinner date with the wife.
Not a fan of this theater, and haven’t even seen a movie yet. Just waiting on the doors to open. Ticket says the theater seats 15 minutes prior to show time, so we were ready to be seated 15 minutes prior to the time on the ticket, which in every other world is the showtime, but not for this theater. The time on the ticket here is the time seating starts and the show starts 15 minutes after the time on the ticket, though this is not stated anywhere. Also no free refills on their large popcorn and they charge the same amount as most theaters. Would give negative stars if possible. Also their menu kept flickering to advertisements while we were trying to choose what to buy from the concessions. This made it difficult to find items we wanted to buy while waiting in line. Also there was no student discount to speak of.
