I want to spend my money where I'm appreciated and respected. You have employees who really don't want to work for you (or probably for anyone). Unhappy employees = loss of customers.
Your employees are not friendly, nor helpful. This isn't the first time I've been disappointed in your customer service, but it's the last time I visit your store!!! My husband was so disappointed that no one offered to help me and he said he will never shop there again either. We will go to the Ace in Springboro and see if they will do a better job. (Not even the cashier offered to get someone to help me.)

I purchased $85 worth of goods in your store today. One bag of weed control weighs 48lbs. Did anyone offer to lift it for me? NO! Typically my husband shops for these things, but I thought I'd stop today, since I was out. I even asked an older man (employee) where I could find it. He showed me and conveniently disappeared.
Went for a lawn mower blade and furance filter they help me and we're super nice just like family
I have bought 80 bags of 3 cu.ft mulch for the last couple years from ace hardware. This year they had a rebate of $5.00 on the purchase of 5 bags. I purchased 5 bags and my son purchased 5 bags and we never received the rebates. I went to the store and they said they would check into it. Never heard back so this year I bought 110 2 cu.ft. Bags from Lowe’s.
Great place to pick up what you need without having to visit huge stores.
