After spending many years in the furniture business, finding this store was nothing short of refreshing. The store is clean, displays are great and selection is amazing. Professional staff and great delivery team. I would say if you are looking for a great deal and great choices, this is the place to go. We will return again, and again!! Bought a mattress set last night! Assistant (forgot his name!) was very helpful, friendly, and answered all my questions. Helped me make the right choice for me....didnt just push most expensive items. Store was very clean, and decorated beautifully! I'll be back again!
Furniture Fair is an unbelievable store. Their Sales person, (Sharyl Thompson) is Top Notch and totally professional. She goes out of her way to make sure that everything is perfect. The selection of furniture is awesome and having most everything in-stock is so wonderful. The delivery drivers are also amazing. They care about the furniture as much as you the customer does. They also take every precaution to keep your home protected when it comes to delivery and set up, as well.

Customer service was fine could have been a little better if someone would have greeted me within the whole 30 minutes I was walking around. But as soon as a found a someone (Joe) I asked him can I purchase something he quickly and gladly got up and assisted me with my purchase. He was knowledgeable, kind and helpful.
