Worst location ever to lease from. I’ve leased cars for years from this and other companies and the incompetence from the Dayton Mall Enterprise is beyond understanding. It’s almost as if certain employees are trying to drive business away? I have been overcharged, left stranded without a ‘promised’ ride (from the company that advertises ‘we go the extra mile, we’re the one who picks you up’)..more than once at this location I’ve been either stranded or simply told by the ‘employees’ we don’t give rides at this location -_-. So, you’d think the customer service would want to know about issues, right? Nope. I contacted customer service and they promised a call back, but did they? Nope. So, beyond a ship of fools who really can’t even guarantee a car you reserve will be there when you go to pick up your ‘promised’ reservation (yes, this has happened more than once at this location too), you have obviously a small cluster of company rejects in need of further training..or is this just the Enterprise way?
My overall experience was great, I had to return my initial rental because it was an extended cab truck vs a crew cab I was asking for. After the exchange everything was great. I would like to see Enterprise have a list of pick-up trucks on their site so if someone is looking for a crew cab or regular full size truck then you can select that option. If the reservation is done at least a week in advance the renter should be able to have a guarantee that is what they will get. I know it's hard to select a certain make but if that option could be added that would be awesome. As I mentioned before my experience was great.
Very professional staff. I've been treated really good at this location. Enterprise takes really good care of there customers. I always rent from them. They have an excellent weekend deal which always good for my budget.
The cars are never ready. The vehicles are dirty and beat up. There are never floor mats. Economy or compact do not have cruise control. After they are paid, they don't care about you. 4 times I've encountered engine issues and had to find an enterprise for a swap. I wish avis stocked more cars.
When I had to leave my car at the body shop Enterprise provided excellent service for my rental from start to finish. Everyone was professional and helpful. I highly recommend this company for your rental car needs.
